Let me start off by saying, I’ve never used an actual ball gag before. Although it muffles noise, it does not obstruct your airways whatsoever. After all, who wants to pass out before you cum? The actual gag is excellent quality, breathable, comfortable but still extremely functional. My only complaint is that the strap tends to wear away over time – but that is somewhat expected of an adjustable strap. If you’re looking for a ball gag to start or add to your collection, I’d definitely recommend this one! We’ll certainly be putting it to good use, over and over again.
