The middle vibration is a low rumble that is similar to the middle settings of the LELO Mia 2. The highest vibration is strongest, and similar to the low or middle setting of the We-Vibe Tango. It is noticeably stronger and more rumbly than the LELO Mona Wave. These vibrations are fabulously powerful and rumbly for me, and feel great internally and externally.
