I’ve always loved the idea of rabbit vibrators, but have never actually tried one. (Shocking, I know, but I’ve always been wary about finding one that fits my anatomy perfectly.)  So when it came time to take the plunge and delve into dual vibrators, The Beaded Rabbit by The Rabbit Company seemed like the best bet.  Not only does it have two motors, it also has rotating beads in the shaft, a function rarely found in non-rabbit vibes.  It’s also rechargeable and silicone – two features that are extremely important to me in any sex toy.

Body Friendly Features

As mentioned above, The Beaded Rabbit is made from silicone. I love silicone because it’s non-porous, which means it won’t absorb bacteria or break down over time. The silicone used for this vibrator is matte, so it doesn’t collect dust or lint, and is plush and smooth to the touch.

The shape of The Beaded Rabbit is also ergonomically designed to fit your body; the end of the shaft has a slight curve to it for G-spot play and the clitoral bunny has a nubbed texture for extra stimulation. Each of these portions also houses its own motor with six independent vibration patterns to choose from. These motors are relatively quiet and even with both turned on at the same time, the toy is still quiet enough to use behind a closed door. The shaft is smooth and easy to insert, with no extra bumps or ridges (aside from the beads) and once turned on, the beads rotate to add extra pleasure near the vaginal entrance. Like most rabbit vibes, the vibration in the clitoral portion of the toy spreads easily through the bunny’s body and causes the ears to flutter quickly for added arousal on either side of the clitoris.

Intuitive and easy to use, the controls for this vibrator are comprised of one central button and four other speed and function controls in a ring outside of this. A + and – button adjust vibration intensity, with the remaining buttons trigger changes in the vibration patterns of each motor.

Cleaning and Care

Because this is a silicone toy, you’ll need to use a water-based lube (as opposed to silicone-based) with it, to avoid degradation. Cleaning is easy, as The Beaded Rabbit is splashproof. You can use either your favorite toy cleaner or a damp cloth with warm water and mild soap. However, this isn’t a waterproof toy, so be sure not to submerge it underwater either while cleaning or during play. You’ll want to pay special attention to the nubbed texture on the clitoral bunny while cleaning though, as fluid or extra lube can easily settle here.

The Rabbit Company also offers a five-year warranty, so if anything funny happens to your bunny in that timeframe, you can process a claim and have the issue taken care of.

Overall

While admittedly I don’t have a lot of personal experience with rabbit vibrators, from having handled many professionally, I know that The Beaded Rabbit is high quality.  It’s made of body-safe materials and has multiple vibration patterns, with the ability to change the intensity within each function. While this toy isn’t so amazing that I rave about it to anyone who will listen, my only real complaint is that it can’t be submerged underwater, only a mild inconvenience. I’d recommend this toy to anyone looking to explore the world of rabbit vibes or add to their existing collection – particularly if you’re looking for one with rotating beads.
