For me, there’s nothing better than some good ol fashioned clitoral stimulation. That in itself has always been what sends me over the top, so I never turn down the opportunity to help enhance it. And Kama Sutra’s ImPulse has something many other arousal gels don’t… a pulsating applicator, which is what really drew me in.

Infused with Intensify Plus Cooling Gel, ImPulse easily glides over the the clit and surrounding areas creating a mild tingly sensation that’s amplified when used with the vibrating feature. Its small, flirty yet innocent exterior makes it a perfect on-the-go accessory for whenever you may want that added boost of sensual excitement.

First Impression

ImPulse comes in a shiny, gunmetal colored 0.15 fl. oz tube marked by a delicate flower design. Its discreet size and shape, similar to that of a lipstick or perfume, makes it an ideal travel companion. You can easily keep it in your purse without drawing any extra attention, or slip it into the small, black drawstring bag provided by Kama Sutra for added secrecy.

Everything about this arousal gel’s scent and feel is subtle, which I really like. It has a sweet, minty, wintergreen smell that is definitely noticeable, but not too strong. And although it is a gel, its water-based nature gives it such a silky thin, non-sticky texture. Even more, the unique combination of Arginine, menthol, and herbal stimulants creates a tingling cool effect that causes favorable reaction to touch.

How to Use It

After twisting the cap off, you’re ready to use ImPulse. First, you’ll want to apply a small amount of the gel directly onto your clitoris and the area around it. Then, with the vibrations on, let the roller ball gently run along the clit in circular motions. This allows the gel to gradually come out with an added buzzing sensation. To turn these vibes on and off, simply press the button on the bottom of the applicator. Make sure you don’t leave it going, as this product is non-replaceable battery operated with a six hour life.

When applied, the refreshing coldness that met my clit was pleasurable and enticing, and lasted close forty-five minutes. The gel made me even more sensitive to touch, making an orgasm inevitable. However, the pulsating applicator didn’t quite live up to my expectations. There’s one mid-level speed that seemed weak by the time it reached the top of the applicator. While I could easily feel the vibes where my hand held the tube, the intensity definitely dulled down, meaning I had to really press the roller ball on my clit to feel direct stimulation.

If you’re looking for a clitoral arousal gel that’ll make you feel cool, tingly and sensitive without being too overpowering, ImPulse is a great option. It’s easy-to-use, travel friendly and long lasting, all making for a pleasant combination. And while the pulsating applicator wasn’t all I hoped it would be, its low level vibrations did heighten the sensation.
