It’s no surprise that men think about sex more often than women, but a new infographic by Adored shows just how many times men and women think about sex during the day and the infographic also identifies factors that change this figure.
Not only does it give you insight into how alcohol, physical activities and cooking affect thoughts about sex, but it also helps us understand how women and men experience orgasams differently. For instance, three quarters of men who are in a relationship admit to experiencing an orgasm every time they have sex, but only twenty six percent of women made the same admission.
Or who would’ve guessed that women’s sex drives are more influenced by social and cultural factors than men? In studies by Baumeister, there are many ways in which women’s sexual attitudes, practices and desires were more influenced by their environment than men.
Interestingly, the infographic also looked into the use of emojis. The infographic states that around forty percent of people that think about sex several times per day use more than one emoji in every text they send.
Recently we have seen a huge rise in emoji use, making us think that the UK is not just lost for words but far more sex crazed than we could possibly imagine.
