We-Vibe Sync’s Adjustable Design
The We-Vibe Sync massager is a gorgeous pale blue. It’s so small and portable, I can throw it right in my purse. It’s designed in a C-Shape, so that the base of it goes inside your vagina, and the top stays external over your clitoris and vulva. Both ends vibrate. Your partner places his penis inside you, underneath the base of the toy. The inner arm has a flat base, rather than rounded, for easier insertion with a partner. The inner arm also has a gently expanded shape, so it can stay inside you better. The outer arm has a pronounced curve, so it can curve along your body. The inner edges of both ends of the toy have ridges for extra sensation.
While previous versions of the toy simply stayed in one shape, the We-Vibe Sync is flexible in two spots, allowing you control over the placement and movement of the toy. You can adjust it to more pleasurably hit your clitoris or g-spot, more comfortably fit inside your body, or better accommodate a partner during play. The vibrations are more rumbly and powerful in the clitoral arm, and slightly less powerful in the g-spot arm. How to Pair the We-Vibe Sync
We-Vibe Sync comes with a remote control, and it can be app-controlled, so you do not need to reach down to the toy itself to adjust the vibrations. It’s really difficult to adjust vibration speeds and settings with the toy smooshed in between you and your partner. The remote and app also bring extra excitement, depending on who’s controlling the vibrations. I found it sexy when my partner would decide when to increase and decrease the vibrations for me, and he enjoyed pleasuring me with the toy as well.
Using the remote is really easy but there are some exciting additional features you can explore when you try the We Connect app. Download the free app to your phone and make sure your Bluetooth is on. The We Connect app has a refreshingly user friendly interface so you can quickly see the options. It even walks you through how to pair your We-Vibe to your phone. Just tap the menu button and select Pair We-Vibe. The directions appear on the screen and tell you to press and hold the control button on your We-Vibe Sync till you feel it pulse twice. Then tap the Pair We-Vibe button on the app again and it will let you know when it’s all connected.
With We-Connect, your partner can control the toy from across the world (rather than just across the room). You can play with the preset patterns or create your own through the Touch feature. Using the Beat function you can actually set the vibrations of your We-Vibe Sync to move to your music. I know you have a favorite play time playlist that this would be perfect for. You can personalize this even more by setting the vibrations to respond to the bass or treble tones of the song and specify which arm of the Sync, the clit, g-spot, or both! The We-Vibe Sync is also very easy to recharge. At the bottom of the package, there is an egg-shaped plastic container. It took me a few minutes to discover that you pull the top part off, and reveal the base which has the charging port. Plug the USB into the back, and place both the sex toy and the remote inside to charge. You can also put the top back on for storage, and discreet charging.
The We-Vibe Massager Experience
Ideally, the We-Vibe Sync would work perfectly during sex to bring you and your partner maximum pleasure – but this is largely going to depend on your body, your partner’s body, and how you experience pleasure. Personally, my partner is already a bit bigger than average, and fitting both him and this toy inside my vagina was too much. The stretching sensation was uncomfortable, and he didn’t like the sensation of having a toy against him. However, we loved using this toy together in other ways that didn’t involve penetration.
If the toy is right for your anatomy, it’s best for slow, gentle, rocking sex. You’re going to need a lot of water-based lubricant to make sure it’s comfortable, and have your partner gently enter you with care, to get used to the sensation. If you like the “fullness” feeling of larger partners and toys, this will be more comfortable for you. Thrusting tends to be uncomfortable with this toy, so you might want to try it more as a foreplay option, before getting to faster and deeper sex. Also, try it in different positions! It feels different in missionary versus doggy versus cowgirl, so go slowly and experiment to find what feels great for you.

Another fun option that the We-Vibe Sync poses is public play. It’s a toy that was made to be worn hands-free and the now flexible design means you could adjust it for a nice snug fit. I really would recommend giving this toy a try. It’s so incredible in so many ways. It’s well made, high-quality, wonderfully shaped, with great features, and an incredible app. It’s great for people that enjoy strong vibrations or are looking to be more adventurous with public play. Everything was well thought out! While this toy was still a bit too big for me and my partner to use with him inside me, and I personally found the vibrations to be a bit too intense, this toy would be perfect for people who are used to bigger toys, have more average to smaller partners, or who prefer stronger vibrations. I just don’t personally have the right anatomy for this toy. Yet, We-Vibe has done an amazing job making and designing this couple’s vibrator – and of all the toys we’ve tried, the We-Vibe Sync is the best couple’s vibe on the market.
